Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Direct Forklift Parts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.
