Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will contact you with an estimated availability date or discuss available alternatives.
